Golden opportunity of Iran to control global market of gas”
According to economic news agency of Iran, there are too many doubts about stability of Russia in gas market in long term and dependency of Europe to Russian gas has caused too many worries in the EU. Qatar has also extended the legal deadline of developing its gas fields till 2013. These two issues besides over increase of global price of oil have provided the best opportunity for Iran to dominate over the global market of gas. If Iran doesn’t face with increasing growth of domestic demand challenge like other countries in the region, it can sign long term contracts about gas export with international partners. According to this report, Iran has extra ordinary opportunities to develop and extract of its energy resources and this will encourage big foreign companies to invest in this country.
